To register to PLAY for us click on the 'REGISTER HERE' link to the left to be taken to the registration website. Linder's 5/11 thru 5/14 With the nice weather, comes time for planting gardens & buying flowers.
We have partnered with Linder's Garden Center and Flower Marts (all locations) for an easy spring fundraiser! You can link to the flower marts at this site (locations, specials, etc.): http://www.linders.com/flower-marts By bringing THIS FLYERand turning it in, Linder's will donate 15% of your pre-tax total to CRGTBA. *You must bring the flyer with you each time you shop and there is no limit to the number of times you shop over the weekend (Just bring a new flyer each time). If you have family and friends who shop at Linders, forward the flyer to them as well. The more people who turn in a flyer, the more successful this easy fundraiser will be. This is in time for great weather, Daycare "Provider Appreciation Day" (Friday, May 11) and Mother's Day (Sunday, May 13). 3rd - Coach Porisch Take 1st Place Congratulations! 3rd grade took 1st place in their very first Spring MYAS tournament on April 7th. Great job girls, way to kick off the season! You can see photos on the pics page. Titan Athletic/Trent Tucker All Star Hoopology We had some Cardinals play in the second annual Hoopology event March 17th and 18th in Andover. What a fun weekend! The girls were split into teams by grades and were from all over the state. Each team played in 3 games. Varsity Photos was on hand to take team pictures. NBA Champion Trent Tucker was there and did autographs, took pictures with the teams and with the girls individually and then ran a shooting clinic Sunday afternoon.
In 7th Grade, we had Cardinals Nicki, Kenzie and Kayla playing on 7 Blue, Marina and Kaylee playing on 7 Gold. They went head to head on Sunday! Then from 4th there was Kelsee and Sydney and from 5th Alex and Emma all playing on a combined 5 Pink team coached by Andy Porisch. Out of the 9 Cardinals playing, 5 were nominated for MVP of their team, Kaylee, Kayla, Marina, Alex and Emma. Kaylee and Kayla were awarded the MVP for their teams! Very cool. 4 Black took 2nd in Irondale. These girls are really getting it! Way to go 4th!

This past weekend we had 3 teams place in their tournaments! 7 Black took 1st in the Buffalo tournament, 6 Black took 3rd in Rockford and 5 Black took 1st in Princeton. How cool! Great job Cardinals! These dedicated players worked over the summer to shoot at least 10,000 free throws. We are proud to honor them this Friday 01/27/2012 at the Coon Rapids High School Girls Basketball game during half time. Each girl will receive recognition at the high school game, a t-shirt, their name here on our site and other prizes.
